PC trainings for milk ladies

The Project has started the computer training for the girls who take participate in the milk business. It is expected that the training could generate positive impacts for the Project. Firstly, the computer training satisfies the need of girls to learn, which enhances a sense of participation in the Project. Secondly, the efficiency of operation of the project in milk business could be improved if the girls are able to manage recording and calculation of milk transaction by using spread sheet application such as Ms-Excel. Thirdly, a provision of a training is one of the services which milkman can not do for the villagers. So, the project has competitive advantage to them in milk procurement in a village. Lastly, the trained girls would be able to be a PC instructor in a village, because, in these days, there are lots of young people, who want to learn how to use computer. That would be an income generation for the girls other than milk business. The Project provided a TOT (training of trainer) for the girl who was most serious and active in the milk business. Then the project staff and the trainer together will teach the other girls in the Project.
